Drop-Shipped Orders:

All Mariner Exchange orders are drop shipped via our partner CWR Distribution. Please open package upon receipt, inspect for damage and report any damage to us within 24 hours.

Delivery:

We will tell you honestly what to expect, rather than disappoint you with broken promises and failed delivery. Given the nature of the Marine Industry, it is impossible for any vendor or manufacturer to maintain a 100% fill rate. Most of the products are readily available and ship promptly. If there is a backorder problem, we will notify you and provide an estimated shipping date.
